A force that brings us together

Founder and head chef of catering services, Mister Jean-Paul Brazeau built a competent and passionate team over the years. It is with emotion that we bade farewell to our pioneer in January 2014, marking the end of a wonderful era. Today, it is with honour and the same team spirit that Mr Brazeau's daughter, Ann-Kim, makes the company grow while maintaining the founder's vision. With an indispensable personnel, a varied menu and services adapted to each client, Traiteur Brazeau is carving out its place within the gastronomic community of the Outaouais Region and the surroundings.
